Non-U.S. employee benefit plans, financial entities, government bodies involved with investment issues and other groups interested in the Council’s mission may participate in Council meetings and receive Council mailings as Honorary International Participants by paying a yearly fee established by the membership. Entities that have material operations in the U.S. may not join as honorary international participants. Honorary international participants may not vote, but can attend the semi-annual meetings and receive publications.
