The calls also provide an opportunity for members to share information and views about Council and member regulatory reform activities and events.

r., Professor and Chauncey Wilson Memorial Research Chair, Sturm College of Law, University of Denver, will discuss the recent changes to the listing standards of the NYSE and NASDAQ resulting from Sec. 952 "Compensation Committee Independence" of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
CII General Counsel Jeff Mahoney will moderate. Council members are welcome to ask question and offer comments.
