CII hosted a teleconference on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 2:30-3:30 PM ET on current Delaware law issues relevant to institutional investors. The call included a discussion of bylaw provisions restricting shareowner litigation, pending legislation in the Delaware Senate on monetary liability of stockholders, and the Delaware Court of Chancery's recent decision in the Sotheby’s case. Members heard from two experts in the fields of business and corporate law and had an opportunity to ask questions during the call.
