The Council of Institutional Investors has three kinds of members, based on type of organization.  All members can participate in CII conferences and other events and receive CII publications. Join CII today.
General Members
Employee benefit plans, state or local agencies charged with the investment of plan assets, or nonprofit endowment funds and nonprofit foundations. General Members vote on CII policies and serve on our Board of Directors.

Associate Members
Other organizations, institutions or individuals interested in corporate governance and shareholder rights. Associate Members include asset managers, law firms and proxy advisers.
