A proposal filed by the New York State Common Retirement Fund (NYSCRF) asking Wells Fargo to report on what it is doing to prevent workplace harassment and discrimination passed with the support of 52.3% of the votes cast.
A new proposal filed by the New York State Common Retirement Fund (NYSCRF), which asks Centene’s board to report to shareholders on how it plans to introduce maternal morbidity reduction metrics into the performance measures of senior executives as part of their incentive pay, will go to a vote May 10.
