A proposal filed by As You Sow asking JPMorgan Chase to issue a report disclosing a transition plan that describes how it intends to align its financing activities with its 2030 sectoral greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets received 35% of the votes cast at the company’s May 16 annual meeting.
