?In the continuing legal drama over the final climate disclosure rules the SEC approved March 6, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce April 11 asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit to let it defend the SEC against lawsuits from the Sierra Club and the Natural Resources Defense Council, which said the rules were too weak.
