NY State Common Strikes Accords on Political Spending Disclosure with Five Companies

The New York State Common Retirement Fund says that it has convinced five major companies to disclose more information about their political spending. Sands, VeriSign, Royal Caribbean Cruises, The Progressive and Ulta Beauty all agreed to post their political contribution policies and an annual or semiannual political contributions disclosure report to their websites, the fund reports.
