Under Executive Order 14215, independent regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission will begin submitting their draft regulations for White House review. This webinar explored what we can expect from this review and the implications for investors, including how they can be part of the process. This webinar featured guest speaker Paul Ray, Of Counsel at Covington & Burling. Paul served as Administrator (the “regulations czar”) of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) with the White House Office of Management and Budget during the first Trump administration. Paul previously served as Counselor to the U.S. Secretary of Labor and as a clerk for Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.
