Registration is now open for CII’s Fall Conference, taking place September 8–10, 2025, at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco. For more than four decades, this exclusive, members-only event has convened the most influential voices in investment, governance, and stewardship. The agenda will address today’s most pressing challenges, including geopolitical instability and evolving political and regulatory trends impacting capital markets. CII conferences offer unique opportunities to network, share best practices, and learn from a broad spectrum of executives, stewardship teams, and investment professionals from leading pension funds and asset managers around the world.
Where: CII has reserved a discounted block of rooms starting at $319 per night at the conference hotel, and attendees will receive a link to book their hotel after they complete the registration process. The discounted room block ends when the block sells out, or after August 18, 2025.
Who Can Attend: Individuals from current member organizations are welcome to attend. CII's events are not open to the public. Please email membership@cii.org for further assistance.
Press: Members of the press may be approved to attend the sessions noted on September 8 and 9 by emailing events@cii.org. Please note that a verification process is required, and photo identification with press credentials is required on site for name tag retrieval.
Prospective New Members may attend a private CII conference once, as part of their consideration for membership. Prospective public pension funds, labor union funds, foundations and endowments, and trustees of these funds may attend the conference free. All other organizations pay a fee to attend, and if the organization becomes af full CII member within 90 days of the conference, one attendance fee will be credited off of the first full year of annual dues. The early bird rate is $2195 per person, and increases to $2495 per person on July 19.
We do not allow sharing of registrations between coworkers, sharing of nametags, or partial registrations. Registration closes on Wednesday, September 3. All fees must be paid prior to the start of the conference. No on-site registration is allowed.
Refund Policy: Registrants will receive full refunds for cancellations received by August 1 and 50% refunds for cancellations received by August 18. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within two weeks of the conference.
