In November 2023, CII hosted a maxed-out program for Corporate Governance Bootcamp 2023, a premium professional education program developed as a partnership between CII and New York University School of Law's Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance. Instructors included NYU faculty as well as seasoned practitioners, regulators, directors and activist investors.
Materials: 2023 Corporate Governance Bootcamp Program
The annual Bootcamp program is designed as a two-day program, with the first day of instruction covering foundations of corporate governance and the second day covering advanced topics in stewardship. Both days of instruction include lunch and a closing reception for all attendees. Attendees are encouraged to attend the full course but may register for single day attendance.
This program will be held again in mid-November 2024.
