The 2023 term of the United States Supreme Court begins on Monday, October 2. Among the cases that will be decided during the new term is Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, in which the Court will consider whether to overturn its 1984 decision establishing the “Chevron” doctrine which gives deference to a federal agency’s interpretation of an ambiguous statute. To discuss this case and others of significance to investors, our guest speaker is Robert K. Kry. Mr. Kry is a founding partner of MoloLamken and served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia.
