Registration is open for Corporate Governance Bootcamp, a premium professional education program developed as a partnership between CII and New York University School of Law's Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance. The event will take place November 14-15, 2024 at NYU School of Law in New York.
The annual Bootcamp course is designed as a two-day program, with the first day of instruction covering foundations of corporate governance and the second day covering advanced topics in stewardship. Instructors include NYU faculty as well as seasoned practitioners, regulators, directors and activist investors.
Both days of instruction include lunch and a closing reception for all attendees. This course is open to the public, and CII members may take advantage of discounted rates to attend.
The course has a maximum count of 65 participants.
Costs:
- Current CII Members: Before September 1: $2,500 | After September 1: $2,800
- Non-Members:$3,500
Event Details:
- All attendees must register in advance to attend. No onsite registration will be allowed.
- Attendees are encouraged to book accommodations at the Washington Square Hotel, which is a 2-minute walk to NYU Law School.
- Registration closes on Monday, November 11 at 5 PM ET
