CII sent a letter to the SEC September 19 responding to the commission’s semi-regulatory agenda and suggesting additional areas for SEC attention.

The IAC panel discussed Section 11 Share traceability and shareholder proposals at September 19 meeting, and the commission approved a new quality control standard for the PCAOB and passed market structure amendments.
