CII Letter Advises Against Changes to Italian Corporate Governance Practices
CII sent a letter to Federico Freni, the Undersecretary of State for the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Secretariat of the Commission on Consolidated Law and Finance (TUF Commission,) expressing concerns about changes to corporate governance requirements in the recently adopted Capital Markets Law and proposed reforms to the Consolidated Law on Finance.
