Registration is open for Corporate Governance Bootcamp, a premium professional education program developed as a partnership between CII and New York University School of Law's Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance. The event will take place November 12-13 on NYU School of Law's campus.

This two-day curriculum, offered only in-person and once a year, covers a broad range of topics in corporate governance, proxy voting and engagement. Instructors include NYU faculty as well as seasoned practitioners, regulators, directors and activist investors.

Both days of instruction include lunch as well as a cocktail reception for all attendees on the 12th. This course is open to the public, and CII members may take advantage of discounted rates to attend.

Cost:

• Current CII Members: By September 30: $2,695 | After September 30: $2,995
• Non-Members: $3,795

• All attendees must register in advance to attend. No onsite registration will be allowed.
• Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• CII has arranged a limited discounted block of rooms at the Washington Square Hotel, in the heart of Greenwich Village and a 2-minute walk to NYU School of Law. The discounted room block expires October 2. 
• Registration closes on Thursday, November 5 at 5 PM ET.

• Cancel 22 or more days before the event: Full refund.
• Cancel 21 days or fewer before the event: No refund.
• Registration transfers to another attendee are permitted up to three business days before the event.
