CII will host a special "Ask Jeff" virtual meeting focusing on CII's comment letter to the SEC on its proposal to rescind Rule 14a-8. Jeff will also welcome member questions regarding their own comment letters. The comment deadline in Nov. 20.
CII will submit its comment letter Thursday, Nov. 5, and will provide it to members through the Alert newsletter Thursday evening. The webinar will reference many of the resources found on our new
Shareholder Proposals Resource page.
