CII represents pension funds and other long-term institutional investors and is a leading voice for effective corporate governance, strong shareholder rights and sensible financial regulation. The more than 350 participants will include investment and corporate governance professionals. Session topics will range from trends in executive compensation to generative AI and business transformation to lessons learned from the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.  
 
Plenary sessions and member-hosted meetings on Monday, September 11, and Tuesday, September 12, are open to the press. All events on Wednesday, September 13, are closed to the media.
